  • Both apartments are super.  Designed for having maximum laughs, relaxation & good times.

  • The biggest difference is that the luxury one downstairs is newer & thus appears cleaner!  If that's the most important thing for you, then go for that one.     

  • On the other hand, the funky apartment upstairs feels more like home (for most!) and tends to appeal more to families, as they always report to me feeling utterly relaxed.  It's more carpeted & better for kids to run around in!  I think it's more fun, too.

  • Both sell out quickly (especially for school holidays), so do contact us early, even if just to ask a silly question.  We're here for you.

Shops

  • Excellent M-Preis Supermarket 3 houses away​!

  • Opening Hours

    • Sun: CLOSED

    • Sat: 8-18:00

    • Mon-Fri: 8-19:00

  • We don't supply:

    • Breakfast​

    • Drinks

    • Coffee: Buy Senseo Pads / Ground (gemahlen) coffee  + filters. 

  • We do supply:

    • Dishwasher Tabs

    • Cleaning Products

    •  Some herbs / spices / basic items

Parking

  • Parking is LIMITED!!!     So, please:

    • Move as far forward  as possible...

    • Up to 6 cars have to park in our driveway - Do Not Block It.

  • ONLY park:

    • In a line behind the DMG​ garage

    • Next to our front doors

  • NEVER park:

    • On, or next to, the ramp on the other side of the house.  You will be towed.  ​

    • At a neighbour's house

    • In the grassy lane next to my drive

  • ONLY 2 CARS allowed per apartment.

    • If there is no space, park temporarily at M-Preis - or in the long-stay underground car park in the centre of Fulpmes (5 Minute Walk).  Google Maps: Fulpmes Pavilion.

  • MY NEIGHBOURS 

    • Get so upset about parking, and keep reporting me and trying to close DMG down.  Please try to keep them happy.

    • This goes with noise too - they sleep early so please no noise outside after 21:00 (and windows closed!)​

Noise & Parties

  • No more single-sex groups allowed

    • ie: No Stags / Junggesellenabschied​

  • The party MUST be moved inside at 21:00

    • With windows shut​ (music / shouting)

    • Hot-Tub & Garden are Closed @ 9pm

    • Minimal outdoor noise (smoking etc)

  • Please be respectful to Doug & his neighbours.  Keeping them sweet so they don't close him down is Doug's #1 priority - so if you worry some members of your group cannot keep to the above rules - please do not book to stay here.
